What I Ate Last Week: Week 2

This week I tried to eat-out less and drink more water. I'm feeling better but still not seeing results on the scale. Sometimes I get weak and have no energy since I'm not eating too many carbs in the morning/early day so I'm going to experiment with that a little this week. I need to find more recipes and actually start cooking my man some food.

Here's what I ate:


Monday
breakfast- coffee, yogurt and strawberries
lunch- rice and egg
dinner- cheese ravioli

Tuesday
breakfast- oj, yogurt and strawberries
lunch- banana nut muffin, apple
dinner- pasta  


Wednesday
breakfast- strawberries, blueberries
lunch- salad
dinner- chicken nooodle soup


 

Thursday
breakfast- none
lunch- beef fajitas, chips, salsa (El Tiempo) 
dinner- none
snack- cereal



Friday
breakfast- none
lunch- Amsterdam sandwich, chips
snack- kitty hawk pizza (best pizza ever)
dinner- broccoli cheese soup

 Saturday
breakfast- coffee, spam and eggs
lunch- turkey sandwich
dinner- Pork Loin (at the Smith house)



Sunday
breakfast- strawberries, blackberries
lunch- mediterranean pizza (Pink's Pizza)
dinner- beef tacos, cheese (Superbowl Pary)
snack- cookies
