What I Ate Last Week: Week 3


This week was rough. I ate way too much stuff I shouldn't have..


Monday
breakfast- celery, grape tomatoes, carrots, chicken, hummus (MFF)
lunch- Amsterdam, bbq chips
dinner- steaks, orange peppers, tomatoes








Tuesday
breakfast- coffee, mini orange peppers
lunch- mini muffins, green smoothie
dinner- chicken sandwich, fries (chikfila)




Wednesday
breakfast- oj, eggs, bacon
snack- strawberries, whipped cream
lunch- pizza
dinner- beef, rice, egg, corn





Thursday
breakfast- none
lunch- Mediterranean pizza (Benjys)
dessert- chocolate cake
snack- peanut butter and jelly sandwich
dinner- chicken pot pie





Friday
breakfast- oj, eggs, orange
lunch- chicken pita
dinner- salad, chicken alfredo (Angelo's)
snack- rocky road ice cream (Baskin Robins)





Saturday
breakfast- oj, sausage biscuit
lunch- leftover Angelo's
dinner- sweet onion chicken (Subway)
snack- tacos (jack/drunk)





Sunday
breakfast- coffee
lunch- chicken, rice (a Granma Anna specialty)
dinner- steak, baked potato
dessert- cake, ice cream (happy birthday to me!)
