Today we went to our friends house for some beers and barbecue. Last time we waited forever for food but luckily this time the food was ready when we got there. Chris had made a brisket and pork shoulder along with corn on the cob, beans, and potato salad. The wives sat around and chatted while the men played corn hole. I got to talking with one of the wives and she started talking about birthing rallies. I had never heard of such a thing so I asked a few questions and we got into a conversation about midwives. Apparently, she knows a few and invited me to a Facebook group so I could stay informed. The more I learn and talk about at home births the more I'm convinced that its for me.
